Frigiliana is famous for its white streets and its Moorish, Jewish and Christian heritage. Our square carries that name — Plaza de las Tres Culturas — and our kitchen takes the same idea: Andalusian roots, flavours from everywhere.

Eat on the terrace above the rooftops, watch the sun drop behind the white village, and order one more round of bravas. That is the whole plan. It is a good plan.
